Vendor Policy

Planning & Coordination
- We welcome professional planners and coordinators.
- Event setup may begin at 12:00 PM the day before, and teardown must be completed by 12:00 PM the day after.
- All bookings are reviewed by Villa del Oso’s administrator (no exceptions).

$3,000 USD per event ~ up to 75 people
$4,000 per event ~ 76 – 120 people
Additional Events ~ $600 USD
This fee is non-negotiable and includes use of the property grounds and outside bath facilities only.
