- Event Capacity: Up to 120 Attendees (larger groups require prior approval)
50% due at booking; balance due 45 before arrival

Availability Calendars
- Guests must first select Villa Only, Event Only, or Villa + Event
- A calendar will display showing available dates for that option
- Hanna will manually update all three calendars when dates are reserved or booked

Booking Notes
- Minimum stay: 5 nights (Villa Only or Villa + Event)
- Damage deposit: ○ Event Only → USD $3,000 ○ Villa Stay or Villa + Event → Equal to one night’s rental rate
- Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles on property (others must use street parking)
